30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Hygiene & Personal Care Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened, used, or tested skincare, beauty, wellness, and personal care products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at soelle.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. Because of this, once an order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refused / Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Chargebacks / Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent claims.
