Processing Time
We work quickly to get your order out as soon as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, occasional delays may happen that are outside our control.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist.
